目的:研究莪术中的挥发性化学成分。方法:采用Headspace-GC/MS方法,TR-5石英毛细管色谱柱(30m×0.25 mm×0.25μm),顶空瓶平衡温度90℃,平衡时间30 min,进样量1.5 mL。结果:运用GC-MS能快速鉴定出79种化学成分。结论:本方法灵敏、快速、准确,为莪术挥发性成分研究提供了理论依据。
Objective: To study the volatile chemical composition of Curcuma. Methods: Headspace-GC / MS method was used. The volume of the sample was 1.5 mL on a TR-5 quartz capillary column (30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 μm) with an equilibrium temperature of 90 ° C and an equilibration time of 30 min. Results: Rapid identification of 79 chemical constituents by GC-MS. Conclusion: The method is sensitive, rapid and accurate and provides a theoretical basis for the study of the volatile constituents of Curcuma.
