氨基葡萄糖在医药及保健食品领域应用广泛,但其降解产物5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)具有致突变作用等,会对产品的质量和安全性造成影响。本文建立了盐酸氨基葡萄糖中5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF)的测定方法,方法采用C18柱,以甲醇-水(10∶90)为流动相,体积流量1 m L/min,以283 nm为检测波长。方法在1.02~16.38μg/m L内线性良好(r=0.999 8),准确度高(回收率99.7%),精密度好(RSD 0.97%),灵敏度高(10 ng/m L),能快速、准确地测定盐酸氨基葡萄糖中5-羟甲基糠醛的含量。
Glucosamine is widely used in the fields of medicine and health food, but the 5-hydroxymethyl furfural (5-HMF) has a mutagenic effect, which will affect the quality and safety of the product. A method for determination of 5-hydroxymethylfurfural (5-HMF) in glucosamine hydrochloride was established in this paper. The method was based on the C18 column with methanol-water (10:90) as the mobile phase and the volume flow rate of 1 m L / nm is the detection wavelength. The method has good linearity (r = 0.999 8), high accuracy (99.7% recovery), good precision (RSD 0.97%) and high sensitivity (10 ng / m L) at 1.02-16.38 μg / , Accurate determination of 5-hydroxymethyl furfural hydrochloride glucosamine content.
