报道了半导体泵浦Yb∶CaNb_2O_6晶体输出978 nm波长的激光器。泵浦模块采用了940 nm LD,在实现了Yb∶CaNb_2O_6薄盘激光器1.14 W的连续波输出的基础上,采用LBO非线性晶体进行内腔倍频实现了151 m W的489 nm连续二次谐波输出,在水平和垂直方向上的光束质量因子M~2分别为1.11和1.13。
Reported the semiconductor pumped Yb: CaNb_2O_6 crystal output 978 nm wavelength laser. Based on the CW output of 1.14 W Yb: CaNb_2O_6 thin disk laser, the pumping module uses a 940 nm LD and adopts LBO nonlinear crystal for frequency multiplication of lumen to achieve a continuous 489 nm second harmonic of 151 mW Wave output, the horizontal and vertical beam quality factor M ~ 2 were 1.11 and 1.13.
