激励体系是人力资源管理中的重要内容,而薪酬制度是激励体系中的最重要部分,因此适当的薪酬结构制度对于组织绩效具有显著影响。现实中的企业薪酬结构呈现出色彩斑斓的多样性,相关人力资源管理者(人力资源经理)大都没有深思不同薪酬结构产生的原因,而往往只是根据惯例和经验来做出选择。本文以销售部门为例,利用新酬制度经济学中的交易费用和合约理论针对不同薪酬结构及其原因进行了深层剖析,并提出相应建议协助人力资源管理者制定有效的薪酬结构制度,进而提升组织绩效。
Incentive system is an important part of human resources management, and the compensation system is the most important part of the incentive system. Therefore, proper compensation structure system has a significant impact on organizational performance. In reality, the remuneration structure of enterprises presents a colorful diversity. Most of the human resource managers (HR managers) do not think about the causes of different remuneration structures, but often make their choices based on the practices and experiences. In this paper, taking the sales department as an example, this paper makes an in-depth analysis of different pay structures and their causes by using transaction costs and contract theories in New Pay Degree Economics and proposes corresponding suggestions to assist human resource managers in formulating effective pay structure and promotion Organizational Performance.
