在贵港航运枢纽二期工程石方开挖中采用了深孔爆破,孔径为150mm,机具为KQ-150型潜孔钻.预裂爆破采用的不耦合装药系数为2.3,线装药密度为480~500g/m,使用432mm的甘油乳化炸药小药卷,长度每条20cm,重量每条200g.保护层开挖采用一次钻爆挖除法,适当减少孔底药径,增大孔底不耦合系数,底部用柔性材料如石粉或砂充填的装药结构,获得良好效果.
Deep hole blasting was used in the excavation of the rock excavation of Phase II project of Guigang Shipping Hub. The hole diameter was 150mm, and the machine was KQ-150 DTH drill.
