本文论述了有限元法在求解轧制过程中金属流动规律、应力应变分布等问题的应用情况。给出了粘塑性、钢塑性、弹塑性等三种类型的有限元法在求解大变形非线性问题时的基本理论和公式,分析了各种方法处理轧制问题边界条件的特点,并对各种方法的计算结果进行了分析对比。对各种方法的应用条件,优越性和存在的弱点进行了论述。对轧制理论中有限元法的发展方向提出了看法。
This article discusses the application of finite element method in solving the problems of metal flow, stress and strain distribution during rolling. The basic theories and formulas of visco-plasticity, steel-plasticity, elasto-plasticity and other three kinds of finite element methods for solving large deformation nonlinear problems are given, and the characteristics of various methods for handling the boundary conditions of rolling problems are analyzed. The calculation results of the methods are analyzed and compared. The application conditions, advantages and weaknesses of various methods are discussed. The view of the development of finite element method in rolling theory is put forward.
