这篇论文提出,发挥参谋与助手作用,是党报履行政治使命的更高要求,也是党报在新的历史条件下进一步发展的需要。作者紧密结合《深圳特区报》近年来新闻宣传的实际,对党报如何当好党委的参谋和助手作了较为明晰的理论归纳。尽管文章中一些地方的理论表述尚需完善,但它提出的党报要自觉、主动、积极服务于党委、政府中心工作的观点,无疑是值得充分肯定的。我们热诚希望各级党报的同志就此展开更加深入的探讨,通过《新闻战线》及时总结交流服务大局做好新闻宣传工作的新鲜经验。 This paper argues that giving play to the role of staff officers and assistants is a higher requirement for the party newspaper to fulfill its political mission and is also a need for further development of the party newspaper under the new historical conditions. In the light of the actuality of news propaganda in “Shenzhen Special Zone Daily” in recent years, the author made a relatively clear theoretical summary of how the party newspaper should be a good staff and assistant to the party committee. Although the theoretical expressions in some parts of the article still need to be perfected, its viewpoint that the party newspaper should consciously and proactively serve the party committees and government centers undoubtedly deserves full affirmation. We sincerely hope that all the comrades in the party newspapers at all levels will start a more in-depth discussion on this issue and use the “news front” to summarize the overall situation of the exchange service and do a good job in the news propaganda work.
