近几年,山东省滨州市保安公司不断健全完善进人用人机制,狠抓人员素质的提高,队伍建设取得明显效果。但是原有的保安人员招聘、录用方式,已不能适应新形势下队伍建设的要求,存有许多弊端,导致招进队伍的保安人员鱼龙混杂,素质参差不齐,影响制约了保安事业的健康成长。
In recent years, the security company in Binzhou City, Shandong Province, has been continuously improving and perfecting the employment mechanism, paying close attention to the improvement of the quality of personnel and making notable achievements in team building. However, the existing ways of recruiting and hiring security guards have failed to meet the requirements of team building in the new situation and have many drawbacks. As a result, the security personnel recruited into the contingent of people and armed forces have been mixed together and their qualities are uneven. The influence has restricted the healthy growth of the security cause.
