目的建立测定心通口服液中毛蕊异黄酮和芒柄花素含量的方法。方法采用KromasilODL-1柱,甲醇-水流动相,梯度洗脱,流速1.0ml/min,检测波长254nm,测定2种异黄酮类成分的含量。结果毛蕊异黄酮和芒柄花素线性范围分别为4.700×10-3~2.820×10-2μg、4.650×10-3~2.790×10-2μg,平均回收率分别为103.4%、96.3%,RSD分别为2.46%、3.02%。结论该方法简便、准确、快速、重现性好,为该制剂的质量控制提供了科学依据。
Objective To establish a method for determining the content of calycosin and formononetin in Xintong Oral Liquid. Methods Kromasil ODL-1 column, methanol-water mobile phase, gradient elution, flow rate 1.0ml/min, detection wavelength 254nm, determination of two kinds of isoflavones content. Results The linear ranges of calycidiflavone and formononetin were 4.700×10-3 to 2.820×10-2μg and 4.650×10-3 to 2.790×10-2μg, respectively. The average recoveries were 103.4% and 96.3%, respectively. 2.46%, 3.02%. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, rapid, and reproducible. It provides a scientific basis for the quality control of the preparation.
