我们据据临床诊断将出现胸闷、心悸、心前区不适等症状的60例住院患者(男38例,女22例;年龄35～81岁)分为三组,心血管病组18例(冠心病、高血压14例,心肌炎3例,肺心病1例),颈椎病组28例,待排除心脏疾患组14例。使用徐州产 DXJ-2001动态心电图监护仪进行24小时观察。
According to the clinical diagnosis of chest tightness, palpitations, precordial discomfort and other symptoms of 60 hospitalized patients (38 males and 22 females; aged 35 to 81 years) were divided into three groups, 18 patients with cardiovascular disease (crown Heart disease, hypertension in 14 cases, myocarditis in 3 cases, pulmonary heart disease in 1 case), cervical spondylosis group of 28 cases, to be excluded from the heart disease group of 14 cases.
