本文采用瓦氏呼气动作比率、深呼吸时心率的变化及站立即刻的心率变化三种方法,检测了宜宾地区11～70岁768名正常人心脏迷走神经功能,对五个年龄组间作了显著性检验,从而分别取得各年龄组迷走神经功能正常值。讨论了上述三种方法的机理,并和国外正常值进行比较。本检验可为早期糖尿病诊断提供线索和为心律失常患者提供植物神经功能紊乱的可能病因.
