本文通过对比瓷砖胶在益胶泥上与瓷砖胶在标准混凝土板上的拉伸胶粘强度及界面微观形貌对某工程外墙所用瓷砖胶与益胶泥的相容性进行了研究。结果表明:瓷砖胶在益胶泥上的初始、浸水后、热老化后及晾置20 min后的拉伸胶粘强度与瓷砖胶在标准混凝土板上的性能相当,且均优于行业标准《陶瓷墙地砖胶粘剂》JC/T 547-2005的指标要求;同时,瓷砖胶与益胶泥界面微观形貌分析未见明显的裂纹或分层等缺陷存在。所有试验结果均表明该瓷砖胶与益胶泥具有良好的相容性.
