我国人口众多,数量庞大,人作为社会的重要组成部分,人事管理是一个非常重要的课题,涉及多个层面。人事档案直接影响事业单位人事的调动和后期的选拔,因此,档案管理是十分重要的一环,一个好的档案管理制度能够适应人员的频繁调动。对于事业单位来讲,事业单位的档案管理尤其复杂,繁冗复杂的程序给很多人带来不便,我们应剔除事业单位档案管理制度中复杂无效的程序,使之变得简洁高效,适应快速运转的社会条件,提高事业单位的办事效率,也不给事业单位的成员带来不必要的麻烦,提高事业单位的信誉度。
