在教学中,教师多强调拉曼光谱的定性分析,忽视其定量分析。为加深学生对拉曼光谱的认识,使其对拉曼光谱的定量分析功能有进一步的了解,在实验教学中增设了拉曼光谱的定量分析实验,在教学过程中介绍了定量分析的理论基础、分析过程,着重分析了误差来源,增强了学生的认知能力和实验技能,提高了实验教学效果。
In teaching, teachers mostly emphasize the qualitative analysis of Raman spectrum, ignoring its quantitative analysis.
