电子束焊接(EBW)对机械工业具有重要意义,传统的EBW受制于庞大真空工作室,导致无法进行大规模的工业应用。非真空电子束焊接(NV-EBW)破除了真空机制,使EBW焊接效率、应用范围以及机动性能得到提升。简述了NVEBW关键技术在国内外的发展现状及NV-EBW应用,介绍了NV-EBW关键技术的原理以及几种NV-EBW关键技术:差分抽气、纵向引射式气动窗口、等离子窗,总结了各种技术的优缺点以及有待进一步解决的问题,并展望了NV-EBW关键技术的发展方向。
