利用透射电子显微镜对 GCr15钢在超塑性变形时的组织进行了观察和分析。结果表明:在超塑性变形过程中存在位错运动,位错主要位于晶界及其附近区域,仅在少数较大晶粒内部才有位错,在一些三叉晶界处有向晶内发射位错的现象。随应变速率增加,晶内位错密度增加,超塑性能下降。超塑性交形过程中发生晶界滑移,位错运动主要对晶界滑移起协调作用,也有外加应力直接激发的位错滑移。
The microstructure of GCr15 steel under superplastic deformation was observed and analyzed by transmission electron microscope. The results show that there is dislocation movement during the superplastic deformation. The dislocations are mainly located in the grain boundary and its vicinity, with dislocation only in the few large grains. In some trigeminal boundaries, Wrong phenomenon. With the increase of strain rate, the dislocation density increases and the superplasticity decreases. Grain boundary slippage occurs during the superplastic forming process, and the dislocation movement mainly plays a coordinating role in the grain boundary slip, and dislocation slippage is also directly induced by the applied stress.
