在低温水堆热交换器上最易产生应力腐蚀破损的区域,进行了有附加拉应力的新型超纯铁素体不锈钢EB26-1管的运行试验,行进行了低温水堆条件下的电化学试验。对该种不锈钢管在高温高压参数下的运行进行了初步尝试。试验结果表明,该不锈钢具有优良的耐腐蚀性能,尤其是抗C1-应力腐蚀性能。在附加5-10公斤/毫米2拉应力的条件下运行四年多无一漏损。电化学试验还表明,在都受到阴极保护作用的情况下,EB26-1超纯铁素体不锈钢耐腐蚀性能比0Crl8Ni9Ti好。此外,在高温高压参数下运行,经20几次反复启动和停运,EB26-1-1不锈钢管无一漏损。
In the low-temperature water reactor heat exchanger is the most prone to stress corrosion damage in the region, with additional tensile stress of ultra-pure ferritic stainless steel EB26-1 pipe running test conducted under the conditions of low temperature water reactor electrochemical test.
