以某工业高层钢结构框架为研究对象,考虑不同的设备与框架连接形式,对其耦合动力响应进行了细致的研究。将简化Hertz-damp碰撞模型应用于结构-设备带限位导向连接的分析中,动力响应采用考虑残余应力和初始弯曲缺陷基于刚度法纤维单元模型进行弹塑性有限元时程模拟,取得较好的结果。分析表明,不同的设备与框架连接形式,对框架楼层剪力、反应谱,设备倾覆弯矩、位移和设备与框架连接部位的内力等均产生显著的影响,常规的简化分析存在一定的安全隐患。设备对框架的动力反馈在一定条件下会提高结构的动力响应。参与分析的设备数量对楼层剪力和限位碰撞力等有一定影响,平衡精度和效率后,工程设计中参与耦合分析的设备宜取1~2台。对框架-设备耦合抗震设计提出若干建议。
Taking a high-rise industrial steel frame as the research object, considering the connection form of different equipment and frame, the coupling dynamic response is studied carefully. The simplified Hertz-damp collision model is applied to the analysis of the structure-equipment with the limit-oriented connection. The dynamic response is based on the elasto-plastic finite element time-history simulation based on the fiber unit model of stiffness method considering the residual stress and the initial bending defect. result. The analysis shows that different forms of equipment and frame connections have a significant impact on the shear force, response spectrum, overturning moment, displacement and internal forces of the equipment and the frame connecting parts. The conventional simplified analysis has some security risks . The dynamic feedback of the equipment to the frame will improve the dynamic response of the structure under certain conditions. The number of equipment involved in the analysis has certain influence on the floor shear force and the limit impact force. After balancing the accuracy and efficiency, the equipment involved in the coupling analysis in engineering design should adopt 1 to 2 sets. Some suggestions are put forward for the frame-equipment coupled seismic design.
