Zhao Heng， born in Beijing， is a cultural scholar and former Chief Editor of Beijing Yanshan Publishing House. At present he is the Director of China Cuisine Association （CCA） and cultural expert in CCA's Expert Guidance Committee. He is also the author of books LAO TAO MAN BI， LAO TAO XU BI and JIU SHI FENG WU， etc. and the consultant of famous documentary TV series – A BITE OF CHINA.

Zhu Kai， a wife， mother and professional woman， shows passion for family， life and art， while always traveling on the road. She acts like a bridge connecting different cultures，
languages and peoples around the world. She walks the extra miles in pursue of premium hotels in the world as if searching for the pearls for the necklace.
张竹林，毕业于法国巴黎二大法兰西新闻学院传媒专业。法国世界报报业集团新闻杂志记者。长期为国内媒体在法国的豪华和设计酒店以及美食领域撰文。做过巴黎六大宫殿级酒店Palace其中五家的采访。
Zhang Zhulin - Graduated from Faculty of Press of University of Paris II is currently the news reporter of Le Monde， France. He has long been a writer regarding the luxury hotel designs of France Hotel as well as the F&B field for the local press of China. Five out of the top six palace hotels in France have accepted his interview.
