Cu-Fe合金具有优良的导电性和较高的强度,在众多领域有着广泛的应用价值。目前制备Cu-Fe合金的方法主要包括机械合金化法、快速凝固法、形变原位复合法,但这些方法存在成本高、难以同时获得高强高导合金等问题。结合电沉积与热处理特性,指出了利用电沉积法制备Cu-Fe合金将是未来的主要发展研究方向,并且具有较好的前景。
Cu-Fe alloy has excellent electrical conductivity and high strength, has a wide range of applications in many fields. At present, the preparation methods of Cu-Fe alloy mainly include mechanical alloying method, rapid solidification method and in-situ deformation method. However, these methods are expensive and difficult to obtain high-strength and high-conductivity alloy at the same time. Combined with the characteristics of electrodeposition and heat treatment, it is pointed out that the preparation of Cu-Fe alloy by electrodeposition will be the main research direction in the future and has a good prospect.
