图1所示为一角尺形结构的工件。我们设计了一个车削这类工件的夹具(图2),现介绍如下: 一、结构夹具体与机床车头法兰连接,用来传递动力。该夹具结构,可以归纳为两个组成部分。 (1)工件夹紧回转部分将工件放入类似于曲拐形式的角尺面回转体内,定位后,用专用扳手件拧紧方头紧定螺钉,压紧工件。在回转体定好位的情况下,把锁紧螺母拧紧。 (2)夹具楔形定位机构先使定位销与定位套接触定位后,紧接着拧紧螺杆,直到滑块件与定位销楔紧为止。二、操作步骤由结构特点可知,其操作步骤如下: (1)通过夹具体,用螺钉把夹具与机床车头法兰
