以北京市一个基于高效微热管阵列平板太阳能集热器的太阳能热水实际工程为研究对象,进行了系统热性能检测和系统年热效率评测。研究结果表明,日有用得热量、水箱温升值分别超出国家标准GB/T 20095—2006《太阳热水系统性能评定规范》规定值的28.6%和13.2%,系统热性能优于国家标准要求。根据北京地区全年测试结果,系统瞬时效率截距为0.69,总热损系数为5.2,系统年热效率为46%,年热效率优于GB/T 50801—2013《可再生能源建筑应用工程评价标准》中太阳能热水系统系统年热效率的推荐指标。测评结果显示,基于MHPA-FPC的太阳能热水系统热性能优良,具有推广应用价值。
Taking a practical project of solar hot water based on an efficient plate array solar collector in Beijing Municipality as the research object, the system thermal performance testing and annual thermal efficiency evaluation were carried out. The results show that the useful daily calorific value and the temperature rise value of the water tank exceed the values of 28.6% and 13.2% of the national standard GB / T 20095-2006 “Performance Standard for Solar Hot Water Systems”, respectively. The thermal performance of the system is better than that of national standards. According to the annual test results in Beijing, the instantaneous efficiency intercept of the system is 0.69, the total heat loss coefficient is 5.2, and the annual thermal efficiency is 46%. The annual thermal efficiency is better than that of GB / T 50801-2013 “Evaluation Criteria for Renewable Energy Building Applications Engineering” Solar water heating system in the annual thermal efficiency of the recommended indicators. The evaluation results show that the solar water heating system based on MHPA-FPC has excellent thermal performance and has the promotion and application value.
