自1996年10月～1997年10月,应用经尿道电气化术(TUVP)+经尿道电切术(TURP)治疗良性前列腺增生症(BTH)108例,效果满意。报告如下: 1 临床资料 本组108例,年龄55～80岁,平均68.2岁。排尿困难史0.5～10年。有急慢性尿潴留36例,并发高血压、心脏病48例,慢性支气管炎、肺气肿24例,糖尿病18例,肾功不全6例。所有病人经B超、肛门指诊和膀胱镜检查,确诊为良性前列腺增生Ⅰ度15例、Ⅱ度75例、Ⅲ度18例。 2 方法
From October 1996 to October 1997, 108 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BTH) were treated with transurethral electrovaporization (TUVP) + transurethral resection (TURP). The results were satisfactory. The report is as follows: 1 Clinical data The group of 108 patients, aged 55 to 80 years, mean 68.2 years old. History of dysuria 0.5 to 10 years. There are 36 cases of acute and chronic urinary retention, complicated by hypertension, heart disease in 48 cases, chronic bronchitis, emphysema in 24 cases, 18 cases of diabetes, renal insufficiency in 6 cases. All patients were diagnosed as benign prostatic hyperplasia Ⅰ degree 15 cases, Ⅱ degree 75 cases, Ⅲ degree 18 cases by B-ultrasound, anus and cystoscopy. 2 methods
