本文报导了钢包喷粉常用的Ca-Si和Fe-Si粉剂的物性测定结果,并研究粉剂粒度和分布对输送性能的影响。试验结果表明,粉剂粒度和配比除影响物理性能外,也直接关系到喷吹输送性能和工艺效果。如粒度组成合理,对悬浮性能较好,采用φ10mm喉口,粉气比为15~16.7kg/kg,下粉速度达到17~19kg/min。同时沉降速度和压差波动也受下粉量变化的影响。
In this paper, the physical properties of Ca-Si and Fe-Si powders commonly used in ladle dusting are reported, and the effects of particle size and distribution on the conveying properties are investigated. The test results show that, in addition to the impact of physical size, the particle size and the ratio of powder are also directly related to the spray delivery performance and process performance. If the particle size composition is reasonable, good suspension performance, the use of φ10mm throat, powder to gas ratio of 15 ~ 16.7kg / kg, the powder speed reached 17 ~ 19kg / min. At the same time, the sedimentation rate and pressure fluctuation are also affected by the change of the amount of powder.
