铝酸盐型碱性液体速凝剂的制备及性能

本文采用氢氧化钠和氢氧化铝制备出了铝酸盐型碱性液体速凝剂,探讨了反应浓度、氢氧化钠与氢氧化铝摩尔比、反应时间和反应温度对其稳定性、凝结时间、1d抗压强度和28d抗压强度的影响。试验发现:当反应浓度为65%、反应温度为85℃、反应时间为3h、钠铝摩尔比为1.35时,其稳定时间可达100d;当掺量为5%时,水泥的初凝时间为2min25s,终凝时间为4min05s,1d抗压强度为10.2MPa,28d抗压强度比为76%;各项性能均符合JC 477—2005的要求。 In this paper, aluminate alkaline liquid quick-setting admixture was prepared by using sodium hydroxide and aluminum hydroxide. The effects of reaction concentration, molar ratio of sodium hydroxide to aluminum hydroxide, reaction time and reaction temperature on the stability, setting time , 1d compressive strength and 28d compressive strength. The results showed that when the reaction concentration was 65%, the reaction temperature was 85 ℃, the reaction time was 3h and the molar ratio of sodium to aluminum was 1.35, the stabilization time was up to 100 days. When the dosage was 5%, the initial setting time of cement was 2min25s, the final setting time of 4min05s, 1d compressive strength of 10.2MPa, 28d compressive strength ratio of 76%; all the performance are in line with JC 477-2005 requirements.
