目的：观察精制吴茱萸胶囊对于偏头痛小鼠的作用。方法：小鼠ｓｃ利血平１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ１４ｄ，并脑室注射鼠凝血块２μｌ／只造模，ｉｇ给药３ｄ，热板法测痛阈值，并取血及脑测５ＨＴ、５ＨＴＡＡ、Ｈｉｓｔａｍｉｎｅ等。结果：精制吴茱萸胶囊能延长凝血时间，调节５ＨＴ的过度降低，提高痛阈，抑制脑内炎性刺激物的升高。结论：精制吴茱萸胶囊能治疗利血平化伴局部脑血管痉挛所致小鼠偏头痛。
Objective: To observe the effect of refined Wuqi capsule on migraine mice. METHODS: The mice were treated with 10 ml/kg sc for 10 days and intracerebroventricularly injected with 2 μl clot per mouse, ig administered for 3 days. The hot plate method was used to measure the pain threshold, and the blood and brain samples were measured for 5-HT and 5-HTAA. Histamine et al. Results: The refined Wuqi capsule can prolong the clotting time, regulate the excessive decrease of 5-HT, increase the pain threshold, and inhibit the increase of inflammatory stimuli in the brain. Conclusion: The refined Wuqi capsule can treat mice with migraine and local cerebral vasospasm caused by migraine.
