介绍了在野战环境中太阳辐射和大气升温的原因;分析了环境温度对于弹药装药、高分子材料、电子元器件的作用效应;进行了野战弹药的温度测试试验,结果表明:当环境最高温度为32.9℃时,弹药箱内温度最高可达43.4℃,十分不利于弹药的储存,对试验数据建立回归模型进行分析,并通过回归方程预测出在环境最恶劣条件下,弹药箱内部温度可达到56.7℃;最后,提出了野战弹药的防热要求.
The causes of solar radiation and atmospheric warming in field environment are introduced. The effects of ambient temperature on ammunition charge, polymer materials and electronic components are analyzed. The field test of field ammunition is carried out. The results show that when the ambient maximum temperature Is 32.9 ℃, the temperature in the ammunition box can reach 43.4 ℃, which is very unfavorable to the storage of ammunition.
