采用薄层扫描法,对山楂不同溶剂提取、不同粉碎度及山楂肉、山楂核中熊果酸进行测定。结果表明:山楂采用水提不能检出熊果酸;山楂粉碎得越细,越有利于熊果酸的溶出;山楂肉中熊果酸的含量较核中多出200倍以上。
Thin-layer scanning was used to determine the different solvent extraction, different comminution degree of hawthorn, and ursolic acid in hawthorn and hawthorn nucleus. The results showed that ursolic acid could not be detected by water extraction in hawthorn; the more finely the hawthorn was crushed, the better the dissolution of ursolic acid was; the content of ursolic acid in hawthorn meat was more than 200 times higher than that in the nucleus.
