捕食线虫真菌是线虫的重要生防资源,黄山是我国有名的旅游胜地,生境独特而复杂,生物资源丰富。黄山捕食线虫真菌资源未见报道。本文是我们对黄山捕食线虫真菌初步调查的结果。 1 材料和方法 1.1 培养基:CMA,20％水琼脂培养基(简称WA]。 1.2 土样:采集黄山土样50份(1994年10月7～8日]。
Predator nematode fungus is an important biocontrol resource of nematodes. Huangshan is a famous tourist spot in our country. Its habitat is unique and complex with rich biological resources. Huangshan predatory nematode fungi resources have not been reported. This article is the result of our preliminary investigation of the predacious nematode fungus in Huangshan. 1 Materials and methods 1.1 Medium: CMA, 20% water agar medium (referred to as WA) 1.2 Soil sample: 50 samples collected from Huangshan (October 7 to 8, 1994).
