对河南18个县市烤烟C3F氨基酸的含量进行分类研究,运用主成分分析法与系统聚类法分别对不同地区烤烟的氨基酸含量进行分析。主成分分析结果表明,Phe、Gly与Ser等中性氨基酸对烤烟17种氨基酸的研究有比较大的影响,当欧氏距离为3.03时,系统聚类将河南18个县市划分为4类。建立适合主成分分析法与系统聚类模型对河南不同地区烤烟氨基酸含量的研究是比较有意义的。
The contents of amino acids in C3F flue-cured tobacco from 18 counties in Henan were studied. The amino acid contents of flue-cured tobacco in different regions were analyzed by principal component analysis and system clustering. Principal component analysis showed that the neutral amino acids such as Phe, Gly and Ser had a great influence on the 17 amino acids in flue-cured tobacco. When the Euclidean distance was 3.03, the system clustering divided 18 counties and cities in Henan into four categories. It is significant to establish a suitable principal component analysis and cluster model to study the amino acid content of flue-cured tobacco in different areas of Henan.
