Internal combustion bricks, such as firing too much fire, the brick surface sintering, and its internals due to produce a lot of gas, can not escape, thus forming a “brick.” In order to eliminate the “bricks”, the first approach we adopted was to seal the door blanks with a row of fire eyelets in the yard, and use a row of fire eyes to clear the eyes. In an attempt to roast coal, the roof of the kiln was burned with a closed door, and the bottom of the kiln was burned with clear fire to avoid burning the center. However, when the coal was thrown into the bottom of the kiln from the firehole, the fine fuel passed through the kiln’s central high temperature zone and immediately burned violently along with the direction of fire, and could not all fall into the bottom of the kiln. Still, the temperature in the middle of the kiln could not be solved. “Bread brick” problem.
