吉西他滨 (健择 ,ｇｅｍｃｉｔａｂｉｎｅ)是一种新型人工合成嘧啶核苷类似物 ,其化学名为 2 ,2′ 去氧去氟盐酸胞嘧啶核苷酸 ,结构和阿糖胞苷相似 ,属核代谢类抗癌药 ,可掺入ＤＮＡ使ＤＮＡ链断裂 ,从而起到细胞毒作用。在各种肿瘤模型中已证明健择有明显的临床抗肿瘤活性[1]
Gemcitabine (gemcitabine) is a novel synthetic pyrimidine nucleoside analog whose chemical name is 2, 2′-deoxy-dehydrofluoric acid, which is similar to cytarabine and belongs to nuclear metabolism. Anticancer drugs can incorporate DNA to break DNA strands and thus act cytotoxic. Gemcitabine has been shown to have significant clinical antitumor activity in various tumor models [1]
