哈尔滨铁路局齐齐哈尔科学技术研究所研发的 JWJ-C2型微机计轴设备,将车轮传感器的磁性材料线圈改造成空芯线圈,以提高磁头电感量的温度稳定性。传感器采用一体化设计,提高了传感器的抗振度。该设备还采用相位跟踪、CAN 总线通信、二中取二的安全型双微处理机同步、车型识别和系统远程监测等技术,能完成半自动闭塞区间检查,解决站内轨道电路分路不良问题。与国外同类产品相比,JWJ-C2在传感器工作频率、传感器信号调制解调方式、轴信息传输方式及小车识别等方面具有明显特点。
JWJ-C2 microcomputer axle counting equipment developed by Harbin Railway Bureau Qiqihar Institute of Science and Technology transformed the magnetic material coil of the wheel sensor into an air-core coil to improve the temperature stability of the inductance of the magnetic head. Sensor integrated design, improve the vibration resistance of the sensor. The device also adopts the techniques of phase tracking, CAN bus communication, two-in-two safety dual microprocessor synchronization, vehicle type identification and remote monitoring of the system to complete semi-automatic block check and solve the problem of poor track shunting in the station. Compared with similar foreign products, JWJ-C2 in the sensor operating frequency, sensor signal modulation and demodulation methods, shaft information transmission and car recognition has obvious characteristics.
