结论 深圳市宝安区外来女工性与生殖健康知识欠缺,需要相关部门进行性与生殖健康相关知识的宣讲和适当的行为干预.“,”Objective To survey on the sexual and reproductive health knowledge and the situation of repeated abortion in migrant female workers, and provide the evidence for introducing the corresponding public health policy. Methods Stratified random sampling method was used and a face-to-face questionnaire survey was conducted in migrant female workers who received abortion at three different-level hospitals in Bao′an district Shenzhen city. Results In this study,a total of 3 340 valid questionnaires were collected, and only 23.6% (782/3 308) of participants had received formal education about sexual and reproductive health. The overall awareness rate of sexual and reproductive health - related knowledge was 62.0%(12 426/20 040),and there were significant statistical difference among migrant females workers with different educational background(χ2=307.316,P≤0.05)and different income level(χ2=173.172,P≤0.05). The age of sexual life for the first time of migrant females workers was mainly concentrated at 20~24 years old(58.3%,1 930/3 311),and 71.6%(2 369/3 307)of them did not take any contraceptive measures during their first sexual behavior. Multivariate unconditional Logistic regression analysis showed that live for a long time in Shenzhen city, higher monthly income, and no formal education about sexual and reproductive health were the risk factors for repeat abortion among migrant females workers. Conclusion Migrant female workers lack sexual and reproductive health knowledge and relevant departments should carry out more preaching activities about sexual and reproductive health-related knowledge and take appropriate behavioral interventions among the migrant female workers.
