本文通过详细剖析写作时极端拥抱、倚赖西方思想资源的殷海光的《中国文化的展望》的实际丰富性 ,和如何阅读才能获得这种丰富性 ,试图指明那些深深卷进时代困境的思想者 ,哪怕看起来或其自认是西方资源在支撑其写作和思考 ,其思考和写作的底里都蕴藏着他对中国现代历史的刻骨的体察。所以判断他们的写作对当下的意义 ,不能简单用他们是否深入、准确地把握了他们所使用的资源为判断准绳 ,而必须切入到他们对中国问题的锐敏性把握层次。只有这样 ,我们才可能看清这其中是否蕴涵着为理解、把握当代中国不可或缺 ,却为他们所使用的西方资源不可能提供的现实认知意义。也只有以这样的方式去对待前贤留下来的遗产 ,我们才可能在源自西学的思潮中建立起真正属于我们自己的活的思想传统 This article tries to point out the thinkers who are deeply entangled in the dilemma of the times through a detailed analysis of the actual richness of Yin Haiguang’s “Prospect of Chinese Culture”, which is extremely embraced at the time of writing, and how to read it. Even if it seems or considers himself to be Western resources in supporting his writing and thinking, his thinking and writing contain the profound insight into the modern history of China. Therefore, judging the significance of their writing for the present can not be simply judged by their depth and accurate grasp of the resources they use as criteria for judging, and they must cut themselves down to the acute sensitivity of grasping the China issue. Only in this way will we be able to see whether this implies understanding of the realities of understanding that are indispensable to contemporary China but impossible for them to provide by Western resources. Only in this way can we treat the heritage left by our predecessors and we can establish a living tradition of our own true thinking in the currents of Western thought
