试验于1975年在浙江绍兴东方红茶场进行。春夏茶共作试验九批。用同样鲜叶原料分别制成红碎茶与红条茶。春茶期间又与上虞茶场互换鲜叶一批,用同样鲜叶,分别在上虞茶场与东方红茶场各制成平炒青,并在东方红茶场制成红碎茶和红条茶。作了品质比较,并作了生化测定。结果表明:一、红碎茶品质高于红条品质。春夏茶各用同样的甲、乙、丙、丁四个级的鲜叶所制成
