In order to explore the effect of compensating human working ergonomics under different pressure levels, mechanics ergonomics analysis is carried out, including strength test, activity based on Vicon460 3D motion capture system Range and operational flexibility tests, and the subjective tests on tolerance and flexibility were carried out.The results showed that: (1) The compensatory service pressure had a significant effect on work efficiency (P <0.05), shoulder joints and hip joints were more sensitive, 1.96 kPa decline of 62.2% and 42.3%, respectively, under 1, 0.49 kPa, the rate of shoulder joint descending was 83.1%, followed by rotation of the neck joint, which was 63.3%. ② The upper limb affected by pressure was more severe than the lower limbs. (P> 0.05) .④The subjective test results are consistent with the objective data and can reflect the human body’s response to different compensatory pressurization values. The results can provide basic information for the evaluation and performance improvement of high altitude compensation service, and have certain practical Meaning and application value.
