以TiO2、B2O3、Mg为原料,用机械合金化方法制备TiB2+MgO粉末。对所得粉末的结构、粒度及反应机理等进行了分析研究。结果表明:机械合金化制备TiB2和MgO混合粉末的反应机理为机械诱发自蔓延反应;球磨2h得到的混合粉末的平均粒径可达到4μm。
TiB2 + MgO powder was prepared by mechanical alloying method using TiO2, B2O3 and Mg as raw materials. The structure, particle size and reaction mechanism of the obtained powder were analyzed. The results show that the reaction mechanism of TiB2 and MgO powders prepared by mechanical alloying is mechanical induced self-propagating reaction. The average particle size of the mixed powders obtained by ball milling for 2h can reach 4μm.
