采用X射线衍射、金相显微镜、扫描电镜等分析测试手段,研究了高压时效对AM60B镁合金组织和性能的影响。结果表明,在压力作用下,AM60B合金可获得细小均匀的晶粒组织,β-Mg_(17)Al_(12)相形态和分布发生改变。时效压力为2GPa时,抗压强度较常压时效时提高了9%。
The influence of high pressure aging on the microstructure and properties of AM60B magnesium alloy was studied by X-ray diffraction, optical microscope and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the fine and uniform grain structure of AM60B alloy can be obtained under pressure and the morphology and distribution of β-Mg_ (17) Al_ (12) phase change. When the aging pressure is 2 GPa, the compressive strength is increased by 9% when compared with the atmospheric aging.
