创新是组织生存和发展的必然选择,创新实施则是获取创新收益的关键环节。在梳理创新实施研究脉络的基础上,将创新实施区分为组织创新实施、个体参与式创新实施、个体源发式创新实施,并分析了三种创新实施的前因、后果以及内在机制,综合形成了创新实施研究框架。最后,提出了创新实施未来的研究方向,比如采用跨层次、动态的视角分析创新实施,加强创新实施的本土化研究等。
Innovation is the inevitable choice for the survival and development of the organization. Innovative implementation is the key link for obtaining the innovation benefit. On the basis of combing the research context of innovation implementation, the innovation implementation is divided into the implementation of organizational innovation, the implementation of individual participatory innovation, the implementation of individual source innovation, and the antecedents, consequences and internal mechanisms of the three innovations, and the formation of Innovative implementation of the research framework. Finally, the author puts forward the research directions of innovating and implementing the future, such as adopting innovation and implementation through cross-level and dynamic perspectives and strengthening the localization of innovation implementation.
