茶叶是当今世界三大饮料之一.我国人民饮茶的历史有3000年以上.现在我国是世界上生产和消费茶叶最多的国家.饮茶能够提神益气,止渴生津,调理肠胃,且有预防心血管疾病等作用.中国的茶叶分类有许多种说法,一般最流行的是从“发酵程度”来区分,可分为四类:1.不发酵茶.如龙井、碧螺春;2.半发酵茶.如乌龙茶、水仙、铁观音;3.全发酵茶.如红茶;4.后发酵茶.如普洱等.所谓发酵程度,是指茶叶叶绿素
