以渝茶1号继代培养苗为试验材料,采用MS培养基分别添加不同浓度配比的6-BA、NAA、IBA、GA3,观察其对继代苗增殖生长的影响。结果表明,6-BA/NAA浓度比值在7.5~15之间时,苗生长势较好,NAA浓度处于0.1~0.5 mg/L。GA3的添加对增殖和生长都有较好的促进作用,且隔代使用效果较好。总体来说,MS+1.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.1 mg/L NAA+0.2 mg/L GA3(隔代)处理的继代苗生长势最好,增殖系数达到3.56,叶深绿、茎粗、节间较长、愈伤较少。
Taking Yucha 1 subculture seedlings as experimental material, 6-BA, NAA, IBA and GA3 with different concentrations were respectively added into MS medium to observe their effects on the proliferation of subculture. The results showed that when the ratio of 6-BA / NAA was between 7.5 and 15, the growth vigor of seedlings was better and the concentration of NAA was between 0.1 mg / L and 0.5 mg / L.
