目的探讨鼻窥镜下经口切吸术治疗儿童腺样体肥大的疗效。方法对146例腺样体肥大患儿在全麻鼻内窥镜下经口行肥大腺样体组织切吸手术。结果总有效率100%,术后随访6月～1年,无任何并发症发生。结论鼻内窥镜下经口切割吸除腺样体组织视野清晰,范围精确,安全可靠,效果满意,是治疗腺样体肥大的理想手术方法。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of oral suction-assisted surgery on adenoid hypertrophy in children. Methods A total of 146 adenoid hypertrophy children underwent general anesthesia endoscopic nasal endoscopic cholesteatomy underwent gross surgical resection. The total effective rate of 100%, follow-up 6 months to 1 year, without any complications. Conclusion The endoscopic resection of adenoid tissue under nasal endoscope has a clear field of vision, accurate range, safety and reliability, and satisfactory results. It is an ideal surgical method for the treatment of adenoid hypertrophy.
