互联网金融让商业银行不再是客户办金融业务的唯一渠道,这将对银行的经营理念的和存、贷、中间业务等变革形成倒逼效应,冲击着以传统银行为主的金融机构的垄断地位。在商业银行新的竞争格局下,深入研究互联网金融对商业银行客户行为变化的影响,并以此为契机促成传统业务拓展和经营管理模式的彻底转型具有重要的现实意义。
Internet finance makes commercial banks no longer the only channels for customers to do financial services. This will force the bank’s business philosophy of saving, lending, and intermediary businesses to be a countervailing force, which will impact the monopoly of traditional bank-based financial institutions status. Under the new competitive landscape of commercial banks, it is of great practical significance to further study the impact of Internet finance on the changes of customer behavior of commercial banks, and use this as an opportunity to promote the complete transformation of traditional business operations and management modes.
