目的　设计一种在临床上能更及时准确地判断顺产与难产的评分法。方法　拟定改良头位分娩综合评分法 ,对 95 6例单胎足月头位分娩的初产妇进行临床分析。结果　改良法总分≤ 5 4分者 97 81 %行剖宫产 ,≥70分者 1 0 0 %经阴道分娩 (P <0 0 0 1 )与头位分娩评分法比较 ,改良法评分更精确 ,与分娩结局更吻合 (P <0 0 1 )。结论　改良法全面地对整个产程及胎儿情况进行量化评分 ,对顺产和难产做出综合判断 ,减少产科并发症 Objective To design a scoring method that can judge the incidence of cesarean and delivery more timely and accurately in clinic. Methods To develop a comprehensive head-and-neck delivery scoring method, clinical analysis of 956 primiparous women with single-head and full-term headparture delivery. Results Modified method score ≤ 5 4 points 97 81% cesarean section, ≥ 70 points, 100% vaginal delivery (P <0 0 0 1) compared with the first childbirth scoring method, the modified method score more accurate , More consistent with the outcome of delivery (P <0.01). Conclusion The improved method comprehensively quantifies the entire labor process and the fetus, and makes comprehensive judgments on both spontaneous and difficult labor to reduce obstetric complications
