目的:探讨分析医院感染管理中的常见问题,并针对性的提出相应对策。方法:通过实地调研和文献查找,总结出现行医院感染管理中存在的问题,并分析原因,最终制定出合理对策。结果:医院感染管理中管理组织和相关机制较不健全,且领导重视程度和支持度均不高,医院感染管理人员专业素质仍有欠缺等问题普遍存在,对此追溯分析原因,提出解决对策。结论:医院感染管理应得到高度重视,只有感染管理工作得到科学合理的对待和改善,医院才能更好的生存和发展下去,对患者负责。 Objective: To analyze and analyze the common problems in the management of nosocomial infections and to put forward appropriate countermeasures. Methods: Through field investigation and literature search, the problems existing in the management of hospital infection were summarized, and the reasons were analyzed. Finally, reasonable countermeasures were formulated. Results: The management organizations and related mechanisms in hospital infection management are not perfect, and the emphasis and support of leaders are not high, the professional quality of hospital infection management staff is still lacking. The reasons are analyzed retrospectively, and the solutions are proposed. Conclusion: The management of nosocomial infection should be given high priority. Only when the infection management is scientifically treated and improved, can the hospital survive and develop better and be responsible for the patients.
