近年来,发展光伏、风电、天然气等分布式电源,应对气候变化、保障能源安全,已经成为世界各国能源战略的重要内容,受到广泛关注。根据我国《可再生能源发展“十二五”规划》,2015年可再生能源在能源消费中的比例将达到9.5%以上,发电量争取达到总发电量的20%以上。《规划》提出,可再生能源供热和燃料利用显著替代化石能源,分布式可再生能源应用将形成较大规模。下一步,我国分布式电源的发展将进入快车道。
In recent years, the development of distributed power sources such as photovoltaics, wind power and natural gas to address climate change and ensure energy security has become an important part of energy strategies in various countries in the world and has drawn wide attention. According to China’s Twelfth Five-Year Plan for Renewable Energy Development, the proportion of renewable energy in energy consumption will reach 9.5% in 2015 and power generation will strive to reach more than 20% of the total generating capacity. The Plan proposes that renewable energy sources and fuel use significantly replace fossil fuels and that distributed renewable energy applications will be formed on a larger scale. Next, the development of distributed power in our country will enter the fast lane.
