通过对含铟铅烟尘性质和特点的研究分析,制定了二段硫酸浸出、P204萃取、硫酸洗涤、盐酸反萃、锌粉置换的提铟工艺流程。试验结果表明,初始浸出酸度200.gL-1、氧化剂用量1.25%、浸出温度95℃、浓酸浸出时间5 h、稀酸酸浸出时间2 h条件下铟浸出率91.5%;萃取剂P204浓度15%,相比O/A=1/15,萃取时间5 m in条件下萃取率98%;6N盐酸作为反萃剂,三级逆流反萃取反萃率100%;铟富集液锌粉置换,置换率大于99.7%。
Based on the research and analysis of the properties and characteristics of lead dust containing indium lead, the technological process of extracting indium from the second stage sulfuric acid leaching, P204 extraction, sulfuric acid washing, hydrochloric acid back extraction and zinc powder replacement was developed.
