大唐潮州发电厂一期工程1、2号锅炉是引进技术进行设计、制造,锅炉为单炉膛、一次中间再热、平衡通风、超临界压力、变压运行、带内置式再循环泵启动系统的本生直流锅炉,型号为HG-1900/25.4-YM4。本文根据大唐潮州电厂2×600MW超临界机组的运行特性及在运行中出现的一些问题,特别是机组直流运行方式的动态特性以及从循环运行方式向直流运行方式转变,进行分析探讨和经验总结,为大型超临界机组的安全、稳定运行提供借鉴。
