我们对我院1980年元月～1989年12月收治的320例糖尿病中死亡的36例进行分析.明确糖尿病伴感染是主要的死因,并就糖尿病性肾病、治疗中低血糖及猝死等提出防治意见,并提出因漏误诊和用药上的疏忽会带来严重的后果。
